Ghita Nørby (født 11. januar 1935 i København) er en dansk skuespiller. Hun er uddannet ved Det Kongelige Teaters Elevskole i Danmark (1954–1956) og er datter af operasanger Einar Nørby (1896–1983) og pianistinde Guldborg Laursen (1903–2002). Ghita Nørby giftede sig første gang den 16. maj 1956 med arkitekt Mogens Garth-Grüner (1930-57). Andet ægteskab indgik hun den 19. december 1963 med sangeren Dario Campeotto. I 1964 fik de sønnen Giacomo, og i 1969 blev de skilt. I 1970 giftede hun sig med skuespillerkollegaen Jørgen Reenberg, og de blev skilt i 1978. Den 15. juli 1984 blev hun gift med sin nuværende mand pianist og kapelmester Svenn Skipper. I en periode dannede hun par med skuespilleren Henrik Wiehe. Sønnen Giacomo var tidliger gift med skuespiller Birgitte Simonsen, og af det forhold fik Ghita to børnebørn. Ghita Nørby har haft klassiske og moderne fremtrædende roller på Det Kongelige Teater ud over talrige filmroller.
