Yukinori Ishizuka better known as UnshŠIshizuka (May 16, 1951 - ) is a Japanese seiyū from Katsuyama, Fukui. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production and also provides the voice for the Narrator and Professor Oak on Pokémon. During the Johto saga, he voiced Jasmine's Steelix, Pryce's Piloswine, Clair's Gyarados and also Ash's Kingler in both the Japanese and English-language versions of the show. In addition to voicing Jasmine's Steelix, he also voiced Brock's Onix/Steelix. He currently stars in the Pokémon Best Wishes series where he plays both the Narrator and the Isshu Pokédex.
